Listing is free. Every submission goes into a review queue, is checked against the tool’s own pages, and is either listed or declined with a reply.
How review works
Every submission goes into a review queue. Nothing is published automatically, and nothing is published without the check below plus the owner’s approval.
- You submit. The form below opens your email app with everything filled in. We reply from [email protected] to confirm your submission is in the queue.
- We check the vendor’s own pages. Price, free-tier limits, watermark rules and commercial-use terms are checked against the tool’s own pricing and terms pages — the same check every tool already listed went through.
- Decision, by reply. Your tool is either listed — with any facts corrected to match the vendor’s pages — or declined, and we reply to let you know which, and why.
- Owner approval. The listing text is approved by the site owner before it goes live, with the tool’s score and verdict set by the same criteria as the rest of the directory.
What gets declined
- Adult content. Tools whose main purpose is adult or sexual content are declined.
- Misleading claims. Tools whose marketing promises results the product cannot show, or hides the real price or limits, are declined until the claims match the product.
- Medical claims. Tools that make health or medical claims are declined — this directory does not assess medical products.
- Copied content. Tools or listings copied from another product, or submissions copied from another site’s text, are declined.
A decline is not permanent: fix the issue on your own pages, reply to the decision email, and the submission is checked again.
Free listing queue
Listing is free. Submissions are reviewed in the order received, by email, until a backend form exists. There is no guaranteed review time in the free queue — the queue is worked through steadily, and every submission gets a reply.
$20 same-day fast-track
Pay $20 and your submission is reviewed the same business day. Fast-track pays for the speed of the review only — it does not buy a listing. If the tool is declined, the review outcome is still sent in full, with the reasons. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer; payment details are confirmed by email after you submit. If the same-day review is not delivered on the same business day, the $20 is refunded in full. The fee pays for the speed of the review only — it does not buy a listing, and a declined tool is not refunded.
“Listed on AiTopMix” badge
Once your tool is listed, you may show this badge on your own site, linking back to your AiTopMix tool page. The badge does not imply a score, a ranking or an endorsement beyond the listing itself. Copy the code below and paste it into your site:
